Acceptance of terms
By using Vetted Luxury you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to customers and providers alike.
Using Vetted Luxury
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Vetted Luxury. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
Bookings and payments
A booking is a request to a provider until it is confirmed. Payments are collected securely and released to providers according to the booking terms shown at checkout.
Provider responsibilities
Providers must offer accurate listings, hold any required licences, and deliver the service as described. Vetted Luxury verifies identity and payout details but is not the provider of the underlying service.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are shown before you confirm a booking. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse Vetted Luxury, including fraud, harassment, circumventing payments, or posting misleading listings. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
Limitation of liability
Vetted Luxury provides the platform on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of providers or customers or for indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of Vetted Luxury means you accept the updated terms.
